Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and goals

• Provide direct therapy services to pediatric clients in home, clinic, and community settings

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client success

• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

• Assist in the ongoing development and structure of OT services within a growing multidisciplinary environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license required

• NBCOT certification preferred

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Experience with EMR systems such as CentralReach preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for making a meaningful difference in children’s lives
