Your Role:
Deliver high-quality treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the clinical team
Foster a positive, encouraging environment for patient recovery
Assist with documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic success
What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current California PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-first attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
