Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in mobility vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, batteries, and control modules.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and solutions to clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on electrical systems.
- ASE certification in Electrical/Electronic Systems preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with mobility vehicles and adaptive equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
