Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with care plans

• Perform treatments as ordered by physicians within scope of practice

• Monitor and document resident conditions and changes

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Support the care team and complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Minimum of ONE year as an LPN Required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer skills required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
