About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluations, treatments, and interventions.
You will assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and objectives.
You will work closely with the physical therapy team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
You will maintain accurate records of treatment and patient progress.
Responsibilities:
Conduct physical therapy assistant evaluations and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
