Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
- Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
- Maintain patient records and document treatment sessions accurately.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients during therapy sessions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuing education opportunities.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Basic knowledge of electronic health record systems.
