**This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.**Responsibilities: LARGE emphasis on Core Tools - MSA, APQP, GD & T requirement!Responsible for trouble shooting root cause analysis and SPC data analysisParticipate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) of assigned programs and ensuring all related documentations are up to dateConduct capability studies and gauge R & R analysisCreating quality documents in compliance with the company's quality system requirementsParticipate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) of assign programsCoordinate and responsible for PPAP submissions within specified timeframeTo review and make recommendations for the disposition of non-conforming productsAssist in variability reduction, process improvement and continuous improvement related to critical characteristicsTo notify internal and external customers of potential problems and make recommendations for resolutionsResponsible for the successful project completion via participating in the resolution of issues such as conflicting design requirements, safety concerns, unsuitability of standard material and difficult coordination requirementsCoordinates project activities with other department's personnel to facilitate participation of appropriate staff in project completionIdentify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system & initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity, stop production if necessary to correct quality problemsControl further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been correctedEnsure good housekeeping for the department and that all areas responsible are tidy and organized at all timesContribute to continuous improvement ideas and to encourage co-workers to do the sameRequired Qualifications:Experience with launching new products and programs Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)Advanced in GD&T, blue print reading based on OEMExcellent organizational and time management skillsCapable of reading CMM reportsFamiliar with ISO 9001 / IATF / ISO14001 quality and environmental management standards an assetAutomotive experience requiredProduct and process knowledge of suspension, structural - BIW, Class A, etcNew program launch requiredMartinrea International Inc. is proud to provide employment accommodation during the recruitment process.
