Compensation:

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage legal cases with a focus on the Marchman Act and Guardianship, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored legal solutions that align with our firm's values.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive case strategies that empower clients and uphold justice.

  • Represent clients in court with confidence and professionalism, advocating for their best interests at every step.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Work collaboratively with our team to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages growth and innovation.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in Behavioral Health Law to provide clients with informed and up-to-date legal advice.


Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3–5 years of litigation experience required.
  • Experience in managing legal cases, particularly those involving the Marchman Act and Guardianship.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research and preparing comprehensive case strategies.
  • Confidence and professionalism in representing clients in court, advocating for their best interests.
  • Skill in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy and compliance.
  • Commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in Behavioral Health Law.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to clients and team members alike.
