Physical Therapist Assistant- Palm Beach County
In Home Rehab of Florida provides in-home therapy services to older adults throughout South Florida. We work with Medicare Part A and Part B patients and partner with multiple home health agencies, allowing our therapists to access consistent opportunities through one company instead of having to contract with several agencies on their own.
We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Palm Beach County. This is a great opportunity for a PTA who enjoys treating patients one-on-one in the home setting, wants flexibility, and is looking to add consistent visits to their schedule.
At In Home Rehab of Florida, we do the heavy lifting of finding contracts and building agency relationships so you can focus on what you do best: treating patients. This position is ideal for a therapist who is already making home visits and would like to take on additional work, or for a therapist looking for a flexible model outside of the traditional clinic setting.

This is a great opportunity for a physical therapist who is looking for a different model of treating, outside the clinic, a physical therapist already making home visits who would like to take on additional work, or a physical therapist who is looking for a high level of flexibility in their work schedule. Responsibilities:
· Evaluate and treat patients in their homes
· Provide creative and individualized treatment sessions
· Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations
· Thoroughly complete all documentation via EMR
· Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative
Requirements:
· Active FL License and Registration
· Eligibility to work in the US
· Ability to document per Medicare guidelines
· Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
· Ability to treat patients I the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
