Commercial Loan Closing Officer

$70,000 - $85,000 yearly

• Prepare in-house loan documents

• Coordinate with the attorney in drafting loan documents

• Work with the escrow company, title company, insurance agent, attorney, and loan officer during loan closing

• Review appraisal report, environmental report, title report, property tax, insurance coverage, and escrow closing statement

• UCC Filing

• Resolve any document issues with the borrower or attorney

• Resolve any post-closing issues immediately

• Monitor delinquent cases and handle collections

• Assist in managing OREO

• Prepare delinquency meeting minutes

• And other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting preferred

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

• Proficiency with MS Office

• Extremely organized with great time management skills

• Detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
