Job Summary:

Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare facility, is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Utilize evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in physical therapy

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities

Requirements:

• Active license in Physical Therapy

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Full-time schedule with flexible shifts available
