Job Description
Location: Community Hospital Torrington, Torrington, WY 82240
Contract: 13 Weeks
Pay: $56–$58/hour
Schedule: 36 hours/week, Dayshift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch
Scrubs / Dress Code: Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks
Completion Bonus: $5,000
Summary:
Provide hospital-based physical therapy services, planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve physical function, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients according to hospital protocols
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Supervise PT assistants as needed
Follow hospital and state regulations
Requirements:
Active Wyoming Physical Therapist License
Current BLS certification
NPTE passed
Degree: DPT or equivalent
Gray scrubs and/or gray top with professional slacks required
Licensure / Notes:
Must have Wyoming DFS and active PT license
