AllStar Therapies is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. If you enjoy helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Assist patients in improving activities of daily living, functional mobility, and overall independence

• Accurately document treatment sessions and patient progress

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising Occupational Therapist

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and equipment

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best patient outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and regulations

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently while working collaboratively with the therapy team
