Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care in Vancouver, WA. As a PART_TIME Occupational Therapist (1 day a week and PRN the rest of the week), you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of our patients by designing and implementing personalized therapy plans to promote independence, functional abilities, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized therapy plans

• Conduct sessions to improve patients' functional abilities, strength, endurance, range of motion, and cognitive skills

• Implement creative and engaging therapy activities to promote independence and participation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy plans

• Participate in intra- and inter-professional education and training initiatives

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in occupational therapy preferred

• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist

• Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles, theories, and best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
