Our programs rotate seasonally to use the best facilities in the area. This position covers our North Cluster, including:
- Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Chino Hills, Eastvale, and Jurupa Valley.
- Assignment locations vary by season. Reliable transportation to all cities in this cluster is required.
- Lead engaging practice sessions focused on fundamental skills, skill development, and enjoyment.
- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to instill positive values in athletes.
- Utilize established platforms to effectively communicate game day information to players and parents.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Access to a phone with internet capability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
- Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required.
