Associate Attorney
Job Description
About the Role -
We are working with a well-run, people-first law firm in the South King County area that is expanding its injury litigation practice and needs another attorney at the associate level. This firm has been deliberate about how they grow — structured onboarding, clear protocols, and a senior attorney who actually shows up to develop the people around them.
If you are early in your career and looking for a place to build real skills, or a few years in and want a firm that gives you actual ownership of your work — this deserves a look.
The Work -
You will carry a caseload of injury matters and see each one through from first contact to resolution. You will communicate with clients directly, stay on top of deadlines and documentation, and lean into the firm's established processes while you find your footing. There is no expectation that you already know everything — there is an expectation that you work hard and show up ready to learn.
The Right Fit -
- Washington State Bar license, active and in good standing
- Anywhere from newly licensed to 4 years in — experience matters less than drive and attitude
- Organized, accountable, and not afraid of a full plate
- Someone who genuinely cares about the people they represent
Compensation & Benefits -
- Settlement performance incentives on top of base
- No billable hour minimums — none
- Standard 9–5 office hours
- Hybrid flexibility after initial onboarding period
- PTO and benefits package
