Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN to join a rehab facility in Clovis, NM. This night shift role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supporting rehabilitation goals, and assisting the clinical team with daily nursing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and document changes
Support rehab-focused care plans and patient recovery goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
Active LPN license
Ability to work night shift
Previous rehab or long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and patient care skills
