Production Depositor

Depositor Needed!!Stay bonus up to $900!!!About the positionUnder direct supervision the depositor is responsible for ensuring that raw product is deposited into appropriate equipment according to client specification for size, height and weight. The depositor is responsible for maintaining the equipment to minimize down time. The depositor is responsible for evaluating the size, height and weight of the product throughout the shift and to make necessary adjustments to the equipment or product to ensure adherence to client specifications. The depositor must be cross functional in Food Safety to be able to perform in any area needed in the plant.Duties and Responsibilities Set up equipment according to specifications Dismantle and clean equipmentMake adjustments to the equipment or to the product as needed.Ensure equipment runs effectively to prevent down time.Weigh all product to ensure it meets specificationsVisually inspect and weigh the product to be within the acceptable specifications.Communicate any issues with the equipment or the product to managementMaintain daily logs of all the weights and product evaluations.QualificationsPrevious experience in a bakery environmentUse of bakery equipment Ability to track and log measurementsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesGood mechanical aptitudeFood Safety Certification preferredGood math skillsGood communication skillsAbility to writeGood Team playerSelf-starterPlease come in and apply from 8am to 4pm Monday through Thursday or 8am to 2pm on Friday.Call for more information 210-490-1669.
