Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary:
Our client believes every appointment and every plan exists for one purpose: to give their clients the power to choose how they live and what they leave, so they can build a life and legacy they’re proud of. The Client Services Coordinator is the person who makes that promise real day to day — the friendly first impression, the steady hand behind the calendar, and the detail-checker who makes sure every document tied to our Proud Life & Legacy Plan™ is right before it reaches a client’s hands. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of the details so their advisors and attorneys can stay focused on the decisions that matter most.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as the first voice and first face clients encounter, answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to emails with warmth and professionalism.
- Make every client feel like the name on the door is there because of them, carrying forward the small, thoughtful touches our client is known for.
- Route client inquiries to the right team member promptly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Handle sensitive client and family information with the discretion and care that trust-based relationships require.
Scheduling & Advisor Support
- Manage and coordinate calendars across advisors, keeping appointments, reviews, and internal meetings running on schedule.
- Prepare meeting materials and confirm logistics ahead of client appointments so every meeting starts on time and fully prepared.
- Support advisors and attorneys with day-to-day administrative needs so they can stay focused on client-facing work.
Document Preparation
- Prepare and proof financial and legal documents with a sharp eye for detail.
- Maintain client files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are complete, current, and organized.
- Update and maintain client records in the firm’s CRM system, keeping information accurate and easy for the team to act on.
Follow-Up & Office Operations
- Stay on top of outstanding follow-ups across the office so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support the team in maintaining the workflows and templates that make the client experience consistent every time.
- Bring a sense of ownership to the role — noticing what needs to be done and acting before being asked.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above required.
- Experience in administrative, legal, or financial services support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-first presence.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and CRM platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential client and legal information with discretion.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Brighton, MI.
About our Client:
Our client exists to give their clients the power to choose how they live and what they leave, so they can build a life and legacy they’re proud of. We’re built differently than most firms — they lead with a rare combination of attorney and CFP® expertise under one roof, delivering estate and financial planning through our proprietary Proud Life & Legacy Plan™, so families get the full picture instead of a partial one. Thier culture runs on ownership: everyone knows their role, takes pride in the details, and is trusted to do work that matters. They celebrate the small things — birthdays, anniversaries, the moments that remind people they’re seen — because what they build there follows you home. If you want work that’s precise, meaningful, and genuinely appreciated, you’ll fit right in with our client offering a life and legacy you’re proud of.
