Chemical Mix Technician

Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a candidate to assist in the Waste Treatment department.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

The selected candidate willset up, mix and/or deliver production chemicals used in a manufacturing or process area where accuracy of chemical composition is important (e.g. wafer, ink toner, media) in process operation. Works from written and verbal instructions. Removes and disposes of waste chemicals, solvents and acids. Performs maintenance of production furnaces and cleans glass tubes and jungles. May profile furnaces and clean up chemical spills.

Education and Experience

• Associates or Technical degree, or1 year Industry experience preferred
• Ability to workwith and around chemicals
• Position will require candidate to stand, walk, push and pull and lift up to 50lbs
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
