Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join the rehabilitation team in Providence, RI.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Rhode Island

• Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation experience preferred

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in facility charting systems

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
