This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.Position Responsibilities:Answer call lightsAssist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.Report any changes in resident condition to the nurseObtain vitals, weights and other information as neededMeet resident needs in a timely mannerReport any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nursePerform other duties as requested.Position Requirements:Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.1+ years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesIntermediate proficiency with computers is required.Comprehensive nursing assistant skills.Ability to provide compassionate care.Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to have continuous oral and written communication with co-workers, patients, and supervisors is essential.Location DescriptionWith a population of 1,800, New Lisbon, "The Friendly City", provides a small town feel while being surrounded by unique recreational and cultural experiences.
