Occupational Therapist - Greeley, CO

· Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 AM

· 36 hours per week

· Previous home care experience is required.

Qualifications:

· Active applicable healthcare license

· BLS certification required

· Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in specialty

· Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
