You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while working alongside a skilled and welcoming multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, assess, and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plansProvide effective, compassionate, and patient-centered careCollaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of careEducate patients and families to support progress and long-term outcomesMaintain thorough and accurate documentationMinimum QualificationsLicensed Physical Therapist (PT)Pelvic Floor certification requiredBLS (CPR) certification preferredStrong communication & customer service skillsTwo years of experience as a pelvic floor therapist preferredAbout CSMOFounded in 1979, the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is the region's premier provider of orthopaedic, sports medicine, and therapy services.
