Job Description
Facility: Azure Shores Rehabilitation
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Miami, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: $28-$33 per hour
Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed to support resident care.
Follow designated care plans tailored to each resident’s individual needs.
Perform assigned nursing duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion.
Accurately document all observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care.
Uphold confidentiality and respect the rights of residents, families, staff, and facility information in compliance with HIPAA policies.
Valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
Prior experience working in a nursing home setting is required.
