Hales AC is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers for steady residential replacement and installation work in St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area. What you will do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from job start through final walkthrough.
- Install split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, package units, ductless mini-splits, accessories, and related ductwork.
- Read scopes, coordinate with helpers, protect the customer's home, and keep jobs organized.
- Follow Florida residential HVAC code, manufacturer requirements, and Hales AC quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, warehouse, and leadership.
- $90,000-$140,000 annual earning potential based on experience and performance.
- Full-time, year-round work with modern trucks, tools, uniforms, and field support.

- 3-5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience, including lead-level work.
- EPA certification required.
- Current knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes.
- Experience with communicating and inverter-driven systems is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
