Bike Professionals Needed

We are seeking a skilled Bike Professional to join our dynamic team at the Asheville Bicycle Company. In this role, you will provide top-tier mechanical service, expert advice, and exceptional customer care to local riders and visitors exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, tune, and repair a wide range of bicycles, including standard, road, and electric models.
• Diagnose mechanical and general bicycle issues.
• Assist customers with bike selections, gear recommendations, and part necessities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop floor.

Requirements.

• Deep knowledge of bikes, bike parts and accessories.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Previous experience at a service or sales oriented bike shop.
• Knowledge and/or involvement in the local Western North Carolina cycling community and locales.
• Ski and or Snowboard experience
