Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
Demonstrate a strong understanding of resident autonomy and dignity, promoting a culture of respect and compassion
