Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Up to $50/hr | Sanger, CA
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | School-Based | Weekly Pay
Covelo Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based position in Sanger, CA. You'll work with K-12 students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing hands-on speech and language support based on each student's individual needs and IEP goals.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to help students build communication skills they can use both in and outside the classroom.

What You'll Do
Provide speech and language services under the supervision of an SLP
Implement therapy activities based on student IEP goals
Work with students individually and in small groups
Support students with articulation, fluency, language, listening comprehension, and communication skills
Assist with speech and language activities and evaluations as directed by the supervising SLP
Track student progress and document therapy sessions
Communicate observations and student progress to the supervising SLP
Prepare therapy materials and activities
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to support student needs
What You'll Need
Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) registration/license
Current Speech-Language Pathology Assistants Certification (C-SLPA), if required for the assignment
Current BLS certification
School-based SLPA experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time Monday-Friday school schedule
Strong communication and documentation skills
