Role snapshot

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll translate drawings and specifications into high‑quality assemblies. Your precision and care will ensure each unit meets exacting customer requirements and Siemens quality expectations.

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

A day in the life
  • Study and plan: Review schematics, diagrams, work orders, BOMs, specifications, and related reports to determine materials and assembly steps.
  • Build with accuracy: Position, align, fit, and fasten parts, sub‑assemblies, and frames using hand and power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
  • Validate quality: Use precision instruments (e.g., calipers) to verify tolerances, dimensions, and clearances.
  • Inspect results: Check finished work for surface defects and any nonconformances to Siemens quality standards.
  • Own your space: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and track tools and inventory as needed.

What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Hands‑on assembly background, including reading and interpreting wire diagrams.
  • Demonstrated experience building wire harnesses and cable kits.
  • Clear English communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Safety‑first approach, quick learner, and proficient operation of tools and equipment.
  • Proficiency: experience in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation highlight

This position also offers a one-time sign-on bonus of $1,000, less applicable taxes, payable after 180 days of employment.
