Physical Therapist / Senior Living Rehabilitation
A rehabilitation organization in Southwest Florida is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy services within senior living communities. This is a permanent opportunity offering a flexible weekday schedule, no weekends or holidays, and one-on-one patient care. The role is well suited for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with older adults while maintaining a more personalized approach to treatment. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
- Provide one-on-one treatment focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and age-related conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Educate patients and families regarding exercises, mobility, safety, and functional goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation services within a senior living environment.
Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Florida licensure.
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
- Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.
Experience
- Experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Previous senior living, geriatric, outpatient, or orthopedic experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
- $48 to $56 per visit
- Compensation based on experience and credentials.
