Compensation:

• $45 – $50 per hour

• Implement PT treatment plans for SNF residents

• Provide skilled therapy services under supervision

• Document patient progress and interventions

• Support interdisciplinary care delivery

• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license

• SNF or post-acute rehab experience required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Knowledge of therapy documentation standards
