Shift: Day shift
Start Date: ASAP
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Productivity Requirement: 85%
Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)
EMR System: Common rehab EMR system
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Speech Language Pathology license
Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
