Physical Therapist $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Williston Care Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in North Dakota. Our in-house therapy team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life. We’re currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in our subacute rehab unit.

As a Physical Therapist at Williston Care Center, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This is an in-house position—no third-party staffing—with access to a well-equipped therapy gym and an experienced interdisciplinary team.

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence

• Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning using EMR

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure continuity of care

• Educate patients and family members on home exercises and care techniques

• Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current ND Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)

• CPR certification (BLS)

• Experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred, but new grads welcome

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
