Licensed Practical Nurse – Full-Time & Part-Time

Location: Oblong, Illinois
Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability

Job Summary
We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare–affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Oblong. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking consistent schedules, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities (LPN Duties)

  • Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered

  • Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans

  • Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Supervise and support CNAs

  • Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies

  • Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts

Qualifications

  • Active Illinois LPN license (required)

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred

  • Ability to work every other weekend

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
