What You'll Do:
Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist in evaluating residents and contribute to developing individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions that improve strength, mobility, and function.
Document services provided and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress.
What You'll Bring:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current PTA licensure in the state of Indiana.
