Do you thrive on complex milling setups? Are blueprints your favorite puzzle and G‑code your second language? If you answered yes, you may be our next Advanced CNC Machining Technician.
What You’ll Take On- Own CNC mill setups from workholding and tooling to zeroing and first‑article approval.
- Operate mills (and support lathes when needed) to produce parts that meet tight tolerances.
- Read and act on technical drawings and specs without ambiguity.
- Inspect parts using gauges and precision instruments; record results and correct deviations.
- Diagnose issues quickly; perform routine maintenance to keep machines production‑ready.
- Coordinate with engineering and production to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Keep your cell spotless and safe, following all safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework or credential preferred.
- Proven CNC machining experience with emphasis on milling operations.
- Comfortable interpreting prints and technical documentation.
- Quality‑first mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work solo or with a team in a high‑tempo environment.
- Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates and addresses challenges.
- Stand for extended periods; perform repetitive tasks.
- Fine manual dexterity for small parts and tooling.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
