We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality, hands-on care and help our residents achieve their therapy goals in a skilled nursing setting.
ResponsibilitiesFollow treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy to residents.
Track daily notes, treatment progress, and billing.
Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
Communicate with the therapy team, nursing staff, and families.
Participate in care meetings and facility initiatives.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Prior long-term care/skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible Full-Time PTA hires.

Bonus Information: The $2,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time hires and is subject to applicable terms and conditions.
