Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating residents, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing high-quality therapy services in a long-term care setting.

Requirements for Physical Therapist (PT):
- Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and regulations related to long-term care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current and valid state Physical Therapist license
- Must enjoy working with the senior and geriatric community
