Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Required Qualifications:Clean driving record and insurable driving recordMust pass drug and background screens3+ years Residential and light commercial experience EPA Certification requiredAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsFamiliar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniquesExperience making repair and replace decisionsAbility to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as companyAdvanced customer service skillsDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesKnowledge of basic sheet metal practicesKnowledge of air balancing principles and techniquesExcellent computer skills Desired Qualifications:Certification from HVAC trade school
