We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to join the AHCL team in Clearlake, California, providing high-quality therapy services to support patients in improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions to restore function and mobility

• Document care accurately and in accordance with regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Physical Therapy, or a related field

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration

• BLS certification (current)

• Valid California driver’s license when travel is required

• APTA membership preferred
