Job Summary:
Vivo Healthcare Normandy is seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! As a key member of our rehabilitation department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, evaluations, care planning, and administering treatments as prescribed by a licensed physician.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations, care planning, and treatment administration as prescribed by a licensed physician
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability
Assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within their capabilities
Ensure accurate and timely patient charges
Coordinate, delegate, and supervise responsibilities assigned to support staff
Participate in operational aspects of the department, contributing to performance improvement and CQI activities
Participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety, and fire safety programs
