A day in this role
You clock in, gear up, and step into a clean, safety-first production space where every batch supports healthier lives. Your shift begins by reviewing the batch formula and staging raw materials. You’ll transport dry pre-mix powders (up to 55 lbs), verify weights, and add ingredients to the mixers. With a practiced eye, you load blenders, complete final packaging, and collect samples to confirm quality. Throughout the shift, you inspect both incoming raw materials and finished goods, then carefully palletize and store them—always following the 4-eye principle guideline at all times.
As production flows, you keep a close watch on equipment, documenting exceptions and deviations, and reporting any disturbances to your Supervisor. You’re comfortable working independently across the production process and applying advanced process knowledge to keep everything running smoothly. English reading/writing and basic math skills help you record data accurately and communicate clearly with your team.
