Location: Manderley Health Care Center – Osgood, Indiana
Manderley Health Care Center, located in beautiful Osgood, Indiana, is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN or Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.

Position Details
PRN or part time role with 10–20 hours per week, with additional hours available as needed for PTO or leave coverage.
Flexibility and consistency are both valued—ideal for therapists looking to maintain a regular schedule while providing occasional coverage.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License in good standing.
