Current LPN license in Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent

LPN Responsibilities
Provide person-centered resident care
Support residents with ADLs and daily engagement
Monitor and record vital signs
Maintain a safe, supportive care environment
Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Document and maintain accurate patient information
Communicate effectively with RN and overseeing physician
