What You'll DoAs a CNA at Pinnacle, you’ll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meals
Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life
Providing compassionate, person-centered care
Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents
Working closely with nurses and other members of the care team
Completing required documentation and participating in ongoing training
