Compensation:
$40 – $45/hour (Perm)
PRN: Up to $52/hour
Based on facility needs
Provide OT treatments under OT supervision
Assist patients with ADLs and rehab exercises
Track and report patient progress
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Ensure safe, compliant patient care
Certification from accredited COTA program
Active California COTA license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
