About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our Nutrition Services team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing personalized nutrition care to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met, and promoting healthy eating habits. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective nutrition plans.
Responsibilities
Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans for residents
Provide dietary counseling and education to residents and their families
Monitor and adjust resident diets as needed to ensure optimal nutrition and health outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective nutrition plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient nutrition data and progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services
