Production Operator – Multiple Shifts
Pay: $16.50 – $18.00/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to operate automated assembly machines, pack products, and maintain high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety protocols and departmental guidelines.
- Perform detailed work and adhere to daily production schedules under supervisor direction.
- Operate, learn, and maintain production equipment.
- Identify and pull correct components for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct quality checks to detect defects before passing products along.
- Label products for shipment according to production orders.
- Complete tasks within standard labor time.
- Maintain a clean workspace throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
- Properly shut down equipment after work is completed.
- Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Utilize manual and powered material handling equipment as needed.
- Use test and measuring tools.
- Handle chemicals safely, following all special handling requirements.
- Accurately maintain records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (15 pounds overhead) and perform physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and squatting throughout the shift.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
