Private Duty Marketing Liaison

Athena Care at Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Liaison to help grow our private duty agency!

In this salaried position with an incentive program and weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market to grow our census. Mileage reimbursed.

Athena Care at Home provides non-medical home care to our patients throughout Connecticut with Companion, Homemaker, and Live-In Services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources

• Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs

• Maximize census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations

• Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic

• Manage marketing/sales budgets

• Track and evaluate referrals

• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and marketing preferred

• Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required

• Bachelor's degree preferred
